3-Day Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy for Handwoven and Handmade Rugs.

Seneca Carpet and Seneca Rugs aims to assist you in discovering the ideal rug for your domicile. As such, we provide you with the opportunity to assess any handmade rug in your residence for a duration of three days. Should you conclude that the rug does not align with your preferences, you are entitled to return it within three days to receive a refund, with the exception of return shipping charges. The following stipulations govern this policy:

The three-day return period commences upon the rug’s delivery to the designated shipping address provided by you.

Returns initiated after the expiration of the initial 3-day period are treated as exchanges, warranting issuance of merchandise credit exclusively.
Exchanges are permissible within a period of up to 7 days. Beyond this duration, the sale is deemed final.

Customers located outside of India bear the responsibility for return shipping expenses and insurance costs. Furthermore, they shall assume liability for any applicable local duties and value-added taxes within their respective jurisdictions.

To qualify for a refund or exchange under the terms of the return and exchange policy, the item must remain unused and retain the same condition as it was upon receipt.

Following receipt and examination of your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. In the event of approval, a copy of the refund details shall be included.

To facilitate the return of your Carpet/Rug, it is essential to meticulously package and secure it in the original wrapping. Should you require fresh wrapping materials, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

The aforementioned policy is not applicable to custom ordered rugs, carpet and carpet area rugs, custom rug fabrication and alterations of any nature, rug & carpet pads, wholesale transactions, or trade accounts.

Every carpet area rug is meticulously crafted to order, thereby necessitating an all-encompassing commitment to the final purchase. Upon order placement, a representative from Seneca Carpet LLP shall establish communication with you via email or telephone to corroborate precise dimensions, carpet product specifications, and color preferences before proceeding with the conclusive order. This policy extends to carpet rolls as well.
